Can't access microsoft edge

Question

windows cannot find C:\users\16043\appdata\roaming\microsoft\internet explorer\quicklaunch\user pinned\taskbar\microsoft edge.ink'. make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try  again.

Hi

it was working 2 days ago. I did what you told me to do and restalled the software again and nothing happen. I has install all of it but it does not open it just sit there.  It also has effective my hotmail it won't allow me to open any mail. I get unable to open with a lot of letters and numbers. I have to save it to another e-mail server in order to open it.

Edge was working just fine. A vender wanted me to allow access with team viewer. I went to AVG fire wall and turned it off. Turned off VPN. Tried to start team viewer and it will not start. Tried to use EDGE and get this same message.

I tried to reinstall EDGE with out uninstalling it but no success.

Any help would be appreciated.

Press Start then search Microsoft Edge

Please try to reinstall Microsoft Edge
