Hey,

Problem with Microsoft Edge,

I am facing problem with specific sites like Tinkercad by AutoDesk, it's Home Page is working well, but when I try to login with my Microsoft Account, the next login page is not opening and Establishing Secure Connection and later it shows ERR CONNECTION RESET.

Other Sites are also not working like GitHub and more

Problem with Google Chrome,

Google web search page opens well on starting the web browser, but on any search, it also shows Establishing Secure Connection.

And All this is happenings under a certain condition, i.e. when connected to my regular network though this is first time its causing problems, But there is no problems like the one mentioned above when connected to other Wi-Fi.

So, Is there any relation between Internet Problems I am facing and the network I am using??

Methods tried-

  1. Restart device

2)Changed Internet Settings from Control Panel

Please reply if you suffered same problem and solved it, all are requested to please Help!!!

Thanks

"Hi, I am Anderson, Independent Advisor here to work with you on this issue."

Can you try to clear the browser cache and see what happens?

You can do it by entering Settings and type cache on search field. Try to delete "All Time" cache. Another option is to try deleting cache and cookies.

Ok sounds like network problem, not Windows problem.

Other devices in this specific network can navigate the net without problem? Your phone for example?

    Hey Anderson,

The network I was using isn't any permanent network, it was temporarily created mobile hotspot from a personal mobile network (though I do the same always) , and mobile device was working fine with that network.

And the next network was again a hotspot, this time from another laptop which was receiving Wi-Fi from public network.

And now when I am replying you back, I am using the same network which was causing problem, and it's working fine today after I cleared all cache and stuff you suggested!

So maybe it was a one - time problem yesterday, but I am unable to find the reason for that, if you know why it happened, please let me know else no problem

Again, Thanks for you help and time sir!

    Hey Anderson,

I tried that, but that doesn't seem to work out.

Another thing I noticed now is that all this problems are happening for a specific Wi-Fi network, and it's the one I regularly use, Though all websites are working with other networks.

Please try seeing to that matter also
