Just an update , if issue persists, you can try these steps.

-Press Windows key + R

-Type control access.cpl and hit enter

-Under Ease of Access click "Make Mouse Easier to use

-Uncheck the option “Activate Window by hovering over it with the mouse“. Then click on “Apply” and “OK

Restart your computer and check.

I am also using Windows 10 pc. Let us work together to sort this out.

Here's the steps you can try.

-Press Windows key + X

-Go to Settings

-Click on Devices

-Click Touchpad and Turn it Off.

Here's another option.

-Press Windows key + X

-Go to Device Manager

-Expand the Human Interface Device or Mouse and other pointing device

-Right click on the HID Touchpad Driver and hit Disable.
