Help with a possible dark mode bug?

Hello, for some reason everything has somehow become way too dark in dark mode after the last update, is this a bug or the effects of an extension that I downloaded?

As you can see in the 2 pictures below:

The icons in the pdf toolbar are not visible at all, like in twitter.

The word premium for my youtube is barely visible at all but not always like that.

I've tried changing from dark mode to light mode, from windows settings and edge settings.
I've tried resetting microsoft edge, but to no avail.
Help please, because it has become quite annoying. Thanks

It sounds as if you may have to Enable or Disable the flag called Force Dark Mode for Web Contents at edge://flags/#enable-force-dark. Try with both settings; just don't leave the flag at Default, because you don't know what that means and it can change without notice.

Please try the method below if it helps.

**Press Windows key+R to open Run then paste the following to open the old Personalization.

shell:::{ED834ED6-4B5A-4bfe-8F11-A626DCB6A921}

Press Enter

Under Windows default, select Windows or Windows (light)

**Disable or Uninstall Edge extensions

Open Edge > Click 3 dots > Extensions

Please check if one of your Extensions is causing the issue.

**Please try creating a new local administrator account then check if the issue still persists.
