specific ad removal

I searched for a surprise gift for my wife and now the ads for that item keep showing and will ruin the surprise. How do I delete a specific ad ?

    I'm Jen, a Windows user just like you. I'm not working for Microsoft but I'd be happy to help you figure this out.

    I understand you only want to delete a specific ad. I tried checking the settings however I found no option to deleted specific ads. What you can do instead is to temporarily block ads and Pop-ups in your browser by clicking the 3 dots then Settings icon > Settings > Cookies and site permissions > click on Ads and toggle it to Block.

    You can also try adding an Adblocker extension and see if it helps.
