Following similar question from 2010. I was watching several TV programs on CBS.COM with HP ENVY Windows 10. After the first of 2020, I started getting errors 3004 and 1001 on a fuzzy screen. After some research I learned to disable ad blocker and this allowed me to watch a few programs over a few days. Now I don't get the error message, the first commercial plays but stops at 28 029 seconds of the 30 second commercial. Thus the program never starts, just sits there. I've tried to find an answer but so far nothing. I passed the problem along to CBS.COM and asked if this meant I had to have CBS.COM ALL ACCESS. They assured me that was not the case but offered no fix. Thanks for any help.
