Troubleshooting website display or functionality issues in Edge on Windows 10
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
My Logitech mouse has started to stop working, but only on web pages. It works fine on Excel and Word and mail.
I can fix it by restarting my computer but it's happening too frequently.
Anybody have any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks

Hello Jen041
My Name is Paul one of the Community Advisor and a Microsoft Consumer like you. I do apologize if you are having issues with your Logitech Mouse when using Microsoft Edge and here's my recommendation. Try to disable the Hardware Acceleration under MS Edge Settings.
Open MS Edge and click the 3 dots on the upper right and click SETTINGS then look for SYSTEM in the left side and disable HARDWARE ACCELERATION then restart EDGE if the issue still persist.
If the above steps did did not work please let me know and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Regards and keep safe Jen.
