i have an product key code but its not working or else is there any format to type the product key code. the code i got with my laptop when i purchased and they have given a product code and its not accepting the code. what should i do now?

    Hi @Mohamed Nasru ,

    The Windows product key is a 25-character code used to activate Windows. What you'll see is PRODUCT KEY: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX.
    If you're having issues with your product key, I suggest you contact the hardware vendor/retailer shop from where you bought your laptop for assistance.
