Edge - Refresh All Tabs

I try not to be critical of Microsoft - really, I do. But sometimes I wonder what you are doing.

On my Surface Book I recently had a system update. I immediately noticed the Refresh All option had gone when right clicking tabs in Edge. I use it a lot. And I mean A LOT.

A quick Google revealed I could use the shift key to select multiple tabs, then 'Refresh' would refresh all those selected. Fine, I could live with that.

But now - after another update last night - I can't even do that!

What on EARTH are you playing at?

If it helps, a workaround (aka probably what we are now supposed to do) is to select the tabs you want to refresh using the shift key and mouse, then right click the selection and 'refresh' and you can selectively refresh whatever tabs you like.

To be honest, I've now gotten used to doing it this way, but I wish they'd stop changing things without warning.

I'll do that, but it takes an age for anything to happen.

I have resolved the issue, I think, by running 'RestoreHealth' and sfc (the former found corrupt files and repaired them).

After the last update, there was a problem with my Surface keyboard, it seems. Yes, the 'Refresh All' option is gone, which is a minor pain. But it seems that the keyboard problem was why the Shift option stopped working.

I realised this after noticing that after a reboot, I sometimes couldn't log in because the keyboard wasn't responding. Not every time, but after it happening a second time out of four power-ups, something was wrong. Obviously, the Shift key wasn't working at the point where I had the problem, though everything else was.

    Thanks for replying

Are you using the latest build for Microsoft Edge?

    Why this feature is important?

Open Setting and go to Help and feedback->Send feedback and share your concern and make sure explain how it used to be and what is missing and why it is important.
