Launching Microsoft Edge on Windows 10

Hello,
I have installed edge enterprise version 85.0.564.63 in a 2016 server.
The first tab will not load, it will just continue to spin.
If you open up a second tab and put in the same URL it comes up fine.
Cleared cache, history, reset edge back to default, etc., did an uninstall, reinstall.
Additional details:
If you have edge open up with two tabs, the first tab circles and the second tab works. If you reverse the the URL tab start up order same thing...first tab spins, second tab works.
If you go to the first tab while it is spinning and type in a different URL it works, if you type in the same URL it continues to spin. If you type in a different URL and go to the web site and then type in the first URL...it works.
Any thoughts on how to make the first tab come up successfully on start?

Hey Andi,
I'm R7anubis, just another user (also an insider). I'll try my best to help you.
I don't think it's the fault of the browser. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the browser?
That has solved a lot of issues for many people.
Please try that. It might solve your issue
Hope that helps.
Hey James,
Then I think you should just wait for the next update, either windows 10 cumulative, or edge.
OR, you could do one thing.
Do you really need edge enterprise? Are you using it for a business or something?
If you think you can function without enterprise, Please go to : Download Microsoft Edge Insider Channels (microsoftedgeinsider.com) There are three versions here, Beta, Dev, and Canary. I have used Beta, and Dev as of now. Beta is almost stable, but it's better than the regular edge. Dev has a lot more features, and it's helpful for developers, and normal users like you and me too. So, go ahead, check them out. I'm sure you won't find the same first tab error on any of these.
Hope this helps,
