Why i cannot open my certificate?

I have downloaded my certificate but I cannot open it with Adobe reader. I get an error that file is corrupted. Would you please check?

Hi, i had same error while downloading Microsoft Certificate.
Poblem is that if you download certificate with another browser than edge - it will download "*.pdf" file. But that file is not PDF - it is *.ZIP - so rename that file to certificate.zip - extract and you can use it

or

use Microfot Edge - and it will download directly ZIP file.
