    Did as you suggested and no good. Still get the green - comments - button when looking at the Microsoft news and get the white reply's covering the video section. Makes using Edge useless. Guess it is time to get rid of it and using something else. Any suggestions which browser?.

    Hello cal680, welcome to the Microsoft community my name is Luiz Cruz, I am a Windows 10 expert user and would be happy to help you;

    I understand you want to disable Edge's comments button;

    For this, please follow the instructions below:

    Open Edge and click on the three dots at the top right of the screen and access settings;

    On the left of the screen, click Appearance;

    Scroll down to the customize toolbar session and uncheck the option: Show comments button;

    I hope I helped, see you soon!

    Dear cal680,I understand that even if I disable the comments button it still appears on the Edge;

    If you still want to continue with Edge, you can try the following:

    Open Edge and access settings;

    On the left of the screen, click on Reset settings;

    Click Restore default settings values;

    Click Reset;

    Close the application and open it again;

    Check if the option "Show feedback button", is active if it is, deactivate it;

    Make sure the button is still displayed in the browser;

    If you want to use another browser, I recommend Google Chrome, as it's still very good;

    Any questions I'm still available;

    See you soon!
