MicrosoftEdge folder under local folder in appdata folder

I deleted the MicrosoftEdge folder under the Local folder in the Appdata folder because the modification date was so old and I thought that the folder was part of the legacy Edge.  I have observed that the folder exists again.  Did I cause any issues by deleting that folder?

Hi A123

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

That folder only contains your user preferences in Edge, no harm would have been done to the Edge browser itself, and that data will be recreated automatically, so, rest assured, this is not a problem . . .
