Microsoft Secret Answer

Hi, I'm trying to change my Microsoft password but I get this error and I can't find anything about a secret answer in my account settings. How can I change this secret answer?

    Hi Shorkie. I'm Greg, an Independent Advisor.

    That appears to be referring to the Security Questions and answers you can set with a Local Account password so you can reset it from the Log--In screen and avoid being locked out of your PC. More about that here:

    Choose something entirely new for your password. Then set the Test questions using entirely new questions and Answers. Later you can add a PIN to sign into WIndows easier.

    Based on the results you post back I may have other suggestions if necessary.
