I pick a theme I want for the page and every time I come back it is not there and how in the world do I keep the theme on my page???? thanks

Yes this is the latest version of Microsoft Edge and I clear the cache every time I leave the computer and I just came on today and again I had to change the theme???
ok for one thing I do not quite understand what you mean but when I clicked on the link it did not open it said wrong page???? just want again to know how to keep the theme I keep putting on my page every time I sign in to Microsoft Edge???

As far as I know this is the latest version of Microsoft Edge as I have only had it about a week now and I put the theme I want and when I come back on a later time it is gone???? so what do I need to do to make it stay as I checked in settings but it was no help to me????? thanks

Are you using InPrivate browsing mode?
Try navigate to edge://settings/clearBrowsingDataOnClose and see if there is anything checked there?
