Screen Shot Issues!

Hello, I have Windows 10, Microsoft Edge.

I seem to be having an issue when it comes to using the "Screen Shot" Option on my PC

No matter what I try, I'm unable to COPY & PASTE a Screen Shot to any "LIVE CHAT " response BOX when chatting

with a Website Live Chat Person!

I can copy & paste the screen shot to a new WORD PAGE, just cannot PASTE the screen shot to any website LIVE Chat BOX,

if whom I'm chatting with wants to see a screen shot of my current issue.

What am I doing wrong here?

Why is this feature NOT working for me when I want to PASTE a screen shot to any LIVE CHAT?

Is there some kind of Settings option where I have to enable or Disable?

I use screen shot with options:

*PRT SC Tab on my PC or......I use the

*SHIFT/CTRL/S Tabs to bring up Screen Shot Box

    Are you browsing in InPrivate mode?

    Are you able to paste image on other webpages?

    This feature should be implemented in the chat box too.

    Sometimes, developers would only have option to attach the image and they didn't add feature to support paste into the chat. In this case, developers need to implement this feature.

    Microsoft Edge supports such a functionality and for example you may take a screenshot and directly paste in this forum.
