Resource data in LN files (Neutral Language)

Hi
In prior versions of Windows when I opened shell32.dll or other Windows libraries (by Exe/Resource viewer apps like PE Lab) I was seeing icons, bitmaps, dialogs, and others in resources data. But in current Win10 I just view a few things of resource data Where are others?!
I know a new standard names LN is began but where is it's resource data?

Also I used EnumResourceTypesEx and NamesEx API functions but these just dump resources like above screenshot!
