My search when I try to get my daily points takes all day to get it and when I try to do the search on my phone it wont let me do it at all until the ones online is done. It has been going on for 4 months now and I do not know what to do.

    If you have already tried the steps that I have provided. Try switching to a different account and check if it will show the same problem. I would still suggest reaching out to support to report this issue.

    It's on my laptop yes on the browser, But my phone do not let me do search on my phone until I do the laptop search are done. The edge point thing has been messed up for 4 months now

    I cleaned it and it is the same thing. So I lose out on point for the last 4 months
