Both the computer and phone I am getting this. my laptop's Collections are below the one's i have given an image of and they are okay, but the phone's collections (in the image) are in a perpetual sync since yesterday.

I recently signed into my phone with the same account as the laptop and so the collections have merged.

I am using the most up to date Windows and Edge.

Those steps did not work unfortunately. I did the steps on both the phone and the laptop.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting your question in our forum.

It seems like your Edge Collections on your phone are stuck in a perpetual sync loop, even though they merged correctly with your laptop. Since you're using the latest version of Windows and Edge, here's a few workarounds you can try to fix this:

    1. Go to Edge settings > Profiles > Sync and make sure Collections sync is turned on. If it's already enabled, try turning it off and back on.
    2. Sign Out and Sign Back In – Sometimes, logging out of Edge on your phone and signing back in can reset sync issues.
    3. Clear Cache and Restart – Go to Edge settings > Privacy & security > Clear browsing data, select Cached images and files, and restart the app.

These steps should help you fix this issue.

    Have a nice day ahead!

    Sincerely,
