Edge custom side switch doesn't allow bing.com

Windows search and some other parts of windows will open edge in bing.com and force it to use the personal profile despite these settings. Custom site switch would fix this, but bing.com doesn't appear whenever I try entering it. Is there anything that will either allow bing to be added to Css or for windows to not force the personal profile?

    The account selected with Windows Search dictates what edge profile open up (Same Account). (Settings/Search/Permissions & History) Turning these options off fixes search, but other URLs from windows, eg. Traffic on the News and Interests tab on the taskbar still switch to the personal profile. This issue persists even with a local windows user and edge not associated with any account.
