SSRS Formatting a Cell to be HTML

I'm trying to format a cell to be HTML format. It is not HTML by default.
I'm using VS 2015 & VS 2019.
They have changed the place where the HTML property needs to be denoted.
Where is this HTML Property now, in VS 2015 & 2019 ?

    Resolution:
    You must HIGHLIGHT the Expression of the CONTENTS of the cell or text box for the "Markup Type" to be displayed, whereby you can select: "HTML".
