two problems with developer tools in Edge browser

Edge version: Version 131.0.2903.70 (Official build) (64-bit)

OS: Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2 19045.5131 with Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19060.1000.0

problem 1: no red-dot on the line when setting a breakpoint

problem 2: cannot edit the breakpoint condition. the condition editor only appears for a blink (sub second), then disappears.

Is there any browser config settings to manipulate to solve these problems?
