three sessions in computer management\File Sessions\ are not from the correct computers

When, on our Server 2012R2 file server, I go into Computer Management, then System Tools, then Shared Folders\Sessions, it shows that I have a session open on the server.
However, the computer that it says I am connecting from is incorrect.
It actually shows 3 people coming from that same incorrect computer, instead of the computers they should be connecting from.

What would cause this?
