    Hi CaioCovos1,

Thank you for posting here in Community.

That sounds frustrating, but you’re not alone this kind of client-side exception can be tricky to diagnose. I appreciate you trying different solutions already.

From what you've described, it seems like the page only works in InPrivate mode, which suggests that something related to browser settings, cache, or extensions might be interfering when you use it normally.

    Here’s a structured troubleshooting approach:

    1. Clear Cache and Cookies – Sometimes, stored data causes unexpected behavior. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies and then refresh the page.
    2. Disable Extensions – Some browser extensions can interfere with website functionality. Disable all extensions, then enable them one by one to see if one of them is causing the issue.
    3. Try Another Browser – Open the page in a different browser to check if the issue is browser-specific.
    4. Reset Browser Settings – If nothing else works, resetting your browser settings to default can resolve hidden conflicts.
    5. Check for Console Errors – Since the error message suggests checking the browser console, open the Developer Tools (F12), go to the Console tab, and see if any specific error messages provide clues.

If the issue persists even after these steps, there might be deeper compatibility or site-specific issues. You’re already thinking in the right direction—troubleshooting like a pro!

Let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,

    Bo | Microsoft Community
