Why does it keep saying sync data when I logged back into my account?

I was randomly logged out of my Microsoft account. When I opened Microsoft Edge again, I was in an old Microsoft account. I spent minutes trying to get into my main account. But anytime I did it always said it was a personal account, remembering clearly that it was never a personal account. I thought I got my account back when I saw that it had the correct email. But when trying to log in to a website with an email of mine. All my information and email information was gone. And anytime I log back into a website I used. It always says synced data. Confused since I thought I had gotten my main account back.

    Hello,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Microsoft Answers Community.

Since you have mentioned that your account "is not a personal account", is it managed by your workplace or school?

If that is the case, you need to contact the IT department of your workplace or school for further assistance.

If not, what is the website you are logging into?

We look forward to your response.

    Best Regards,
