Topology Builder Encountered an issue with multiple Central Management Stores

Need assistance!

In our current environment we have a Standard Edition Front End Lync Server 2013 running SQL Express. We have built 3 Front End Enterprise Edition Skype for Business 2019 servers, using Sql Enterprise 2019 Server. When I try to publish the topology builder, I get the following error:

Topology Builder Encountered an issue and cannot publish this topology.

The existing topology identifies xxx\rtc as the Central Management store, but the topology that you are trying to publish identifies xxx\xxx as the Central Management store. The Central Management stores must match before the topology can be published.

My question is, can I publish this new topology without removing the old central management store? If not, should I or can I migrate the old management store to the new management store without dropping our old Lync Servers off our environment. The plan is to build and test this new environment before migrating our user base onto it.

Would appreciate any assistance I can get.

    @nila amin ,

    This issue is due to the configuration store is still set to the old server name.

    You could verify with Get-CsConfigurationStoreLocation command. Then run remove-CsConfigurationStoreLocation to remove the old config store and try again.
