microsoft rewards error

hello their has been an error when i try to purchase something with microsoft rewards everytime i redeem with enough points it doesnt let me and says 404 error i am signed in and i have added my phone number

    Please try using another browser to see if you encounter the same issue. Also, if you have a VPN running on your device or any ad-block extensions enabled on your browser, kindly disable them before using the rewards program.

    In addition, please check your system region settings to ensure they are set to the correct location. To do so, click the Windows menu logo, type region settings, and select it from the search list.

    Also, set your current region in the browser as well as in the Bing app.

    1. On your Edge browser, open a new tab, click the gear icon settings, and then set your region and language.
    2. In the Bing app, click your profile icon and select Settings > Region and language.

    If the issue persists, I recommend submitting a report using the link below so that the rewards team will be able to look at your account and address the issue.
