Cite feature is missing from Microsoft Edge

I am trying to access the "Cite This" feature on Microsoft Edge. However, it has disappeared completely, even from my appearance settings and options for the toolbar. Everything else seems to be available except the citation option. I checked if Microsoft Edge needs to be updated, but it is up to date. How do I get the citation feature back after it disappeared?

Upon checking, the citation option has been removed in Edge version 116.0.1938.62. Unfortunately, there is no supporting release note explaining why the said feature was removed from the browser.

I recommend submitting a report using the feedback option by pressing Alt + Shift + I on your keyboard or by clicking the 3-dot menu > Help and Feedback > Send feedback. With this, the dev team will be notified about your concern and hopefully address the issue in future update.

How could you do this, that was the main reason I would use your browser. Please put it back that was one of the best features that you had in the browser tools.

Thank you for your response. I've seen this method as well, but the option is also not appearing in my webpage collections. Either way, it's inconvenient to access this feature from collections rather than having it quickly accessible for any webpage or document that I wouldn't necessarily want to save in my collections.

This is one reason Edge Browser stands out with other browsers, a great tool for researchers, educators, and students. I don't trust 3rd party extensions; I trust native Edge browser tools.
