Facebook comments go white using Edge when cursor moves over them

HI I've had a strange problem for a while.

When reading Facebook comments in my newsfeed, then the cursor goes over the comments, they turn white and disappear. Moving the cursor over the comments again and the comments reappear.
If I am trying a comment then it makes it difficult since my typed comment disappears.

I am using a NVIDIA graphics card with the latest driver.
My Edge is updated however this situation has been happening for the last 6 months despite Edge updates.

I can't use hardware acceleration as it makes all videos jumpy so keep it off. However even if I turn it on to test, I still get the white comments.

Thank you

    Hi, there.

I'm Jen. I'm an independent advisor and would happily help you figure this out.

May I ask if this is only happening in Microsoft Edge? If yes, try clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and site data. Also, reset your Microsoft Edge settings by clicking Settings> Reset settings > Restore settings to their default values > click the Reset button.

Let me know how it went.

    Kind regards.
