How to successfully download the Fix.Net Framework application

Hi all,

When starting my windows on my computer. An error message box populates. When selecting the hyper link to download (Download the .NET Framework Repair Tool (NetFxRepairTool.exe). The tool runs automatically when the download completes.) and correct the error.

I receive another error code 403 stating the action is forbidden (You don't have permission to access this resource.). I've successfully downloaded before; the application ran successfully for about a week without the code box populating when the system uploaded. Now it continues to populate every time I start my windows screen/system again. Please assist?

    The Microsoft software download page shows this message for every download. The page is probably down or suffering an outage. Please try to download this tool later.

    Depending on the error, you can fix it with the tools available on your computer, can you please share a screenshot of the error message?
