    Hello TONY LIG,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

From your description of the problem, I'm guessing that you might be opening an application, but your mouse cursor turns into a blue circle?

This usually means that the system is trying to perform your command: open the application. But there may have been some obstacles, so it loaded for a long time, but still did not open the application.

I noticed that this thread was posted to Microsoft Edge, that is, you can't seem to open the Edge browser properly right now?

Then you might want to try making some fixes to Edge. Right click on the Start menu - Installed Apps, then locate Microsoft Edge and click on the three dots to the right, then click on Repair.

If the fix doesn't work, or if it doesn't click, then go directly to the following link to download a new Edge browser installation file:

    Download Microsoft Edge

Once you've downloaded it, try using it to reinstall Edge.

I can also give a quick temporary solution here, which is to try the insider version of the Edge browser:

Become a Microsoft Edge Insider | Microsoft Edge****

The Insider Edge browser is independent of the Edge browser on your computer and can be uninstalled at any time. When you sign in to your Microsoft account, all of your synced information, including your favorites, totals, history, and more, will be synced in the same way as the original Edge browser.

    Best regards,
