Microsoft edge lagging severly

My Microsoft edge is lagging really bad i tried clearing the cache and it doesnt work how do i reinstall it

I understand that Edge is very slow;

Initially I recommend that you try the following;

Make sure Edge is up to date;

Open Edge and go to Settings;

Click on About Microsoft Edge in the menu on the left of the screen;

If there is an update, it will be done;

Try resetting the Edge settings;

Open Edge and go to Settings;

Click on Reset settings in the menu on the left of the screen;

Click on Restore settings to their default values;

Click Reset;

Restart the browser and check if Edge is slow;
