SSO configuration

I have set up the SSO configuration, and while testing through the Azure portal, it successfully redirects to the custom IDP page. However, when trying in a new browser or incognito mode, it does not work. Please suggest how to fix this issue.

    Thank you for your feedback. I understand that you want to inquire about Azure. Just to be clear, Azure issues are beyond the scope of Microsoft Community support, you posted on the EDGE board and there is a dedicated board for your question.

    it is more suitable for publishing on Microsoft Learn, more users post these issues there, you can click on "Ask a question", there are experts who can provide more professional solutions in that place.  

    Here is a link to the forum where you can raise specific scenarios and share your idea to help solve the problem.
