    Welcome to the Microsoft community.

    When did this issue start occurring? Can you open Chrome browser normally? Did you previously uninstall Edge using some third-party software? If you open Task Manager, can you find the msedge process?

    If this started happening recently, you can try rolling back your Edge version using the method described in this article and let it auto-update to see if it works normally (you can ignore the group policy updates mentioned in the article).
