Zoom level

Question

I'm sitting here reading an article on my Edge Browser and the zoom goes to 25%. I reset and it goes down to 25%. It has done this numerous times while I'm reading. I reset it in settings, but it still didn't hold what gives?

Tommy Jin, this problem is not common to any one web site. This problem affects Outlook as well as Edge. Here is where I stand. I have set the Zoom from the Settings function; it had no effect. I rebooted several times and that had no effect. I finally decided to shut down and see what that would do., I shut down and waited five minutes and be booted. That cured the problem.

Now the big question is, was this a freak, is it my PC or was it the OS? My PC is a HP about 20 years old .

Does this issue only occur on this website? Have you installed any extensions?

Please first visit this URL to ensure that the default zoom level in Edge is normal.

Afterwards, if possible, could you try testing the issue in InPrivate Mode (Ctrl + Shift + N) to see if it still occurs? (You can also send us the website where the problem occurs so we can test if it’s a compatibility issue with certain sites.)

And you can also try using a different version of Edge to see if the issue is specific to a particular version of Edge.
