Managing bookmarks, browsing history, and downloads in Edge on Windows 11
This browser is no longer supported.

Hi,
when I try to open collection pane in Edge on my Windows 11 laptop, it only shows loading spinner endlessly.
It works on my android phone.
Syncing is enabled. I've tried to repair Edge. I've tried to sync out with clearing browser data and sing in again.

Your browser is up to date. This seems to be a sync issue.
Please, let's try restoring settings to their default values. Copy and paste this on your browser: edge://settings/reset?search=reset
If it doesn't work, you may try re-syncing your data to your device and/or reset sync data from Microsoft servers. Copy and paste this on your browser: edge://settings/profiles/sync
Note: You may please backup your Edge data before trying.
Let me know how it goes.
Regards,
Microsoft EdgeVersion 120.0.2210.91 (Official build) (64-bit).

Yes, on my android phone

No, but after the factory reset, there was McAfee antivirus installed by default, which I unsinstalled.
Thank you for repeating the steps.
What version of Microsoft Edge are you using when you encounter the issue? To check, copy and paste this on your browser: edge://settings/help

Thanks,
I repeated them, I even reset my PC with factory settings without keeping files and setting (although I restored settings and apps from backup afterwards).
Still not working
Hello DanielTuran,
What version of Microsoft Edge are you using when you encounter the issue? Please, copy and paste this on your browser: edge://settings/help
If possible, you might consider signing out of your profile, clearing browser data, and then signing in again. I know you said that you've already tried these steps. Could you repeat them again?
Thanks,
