Exam AZ-303: Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies

I have taken Exam AZ-303: Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies and passed the exam. However it has been already been over 48 hours and I don't see my certificate generated. All I see is empty page when I select "view my certficates". Please let me know.
