Troubleshooting website display or functionality issues in Edge on Windows 11

Suddenly two days ago, my E-tree on one computer lost its history, and was treating me like a brand new user. As a result, all progress, higher daily points, hourly bonuses, and so forth have reset.
None of the "sign back in" kinds of solutions are of any help - I am signed in to the rewards on the same page, and that has always been all it needed. Edge hasn't been able to sign in (clicking the sign in flashes a black box on the screen, and then nothing happens) and the only MS solution is to reinstall Windows, which will lost too much work to make it worthwhile.
Any ideas what might have caused this glitch in E-tree though? It worked one day, then overnight, the next day it treated me like a total stranger, even though the browser was open for the entire time.

Thanks for responding. I finally gave up trying to get my points back and just began again. I lost 350 days and am back to 21. It won't keep me signed in either and the tech support was less than useful by a long shot.
Actually right after I responded to you, I found a comment in a post with the correct solution. I was able to click on the charm in the weather card in the upper right hand corner of the page where you can change from Fahrenheit to Celsius. The e-tree icon was there and I toggled it to the on position and was able to recover all my previous info. I have windows 10. Hope this helps.

Same happened to me but worse. I am no longer able to access the e-tree as the icon no longer shows up. I did however access bing wallet and to my delight my e-tree history was saved and I'am able to generate points but not as much as through the MSN weather websisite.
The same thing happened to me; I lost 350+ days and have spent hours online trying to get them back with various Edge people with no luck. I've finally thrown in the towel and just accepted the fact that those 350+ days are gone and will begin again. It's totally frustrating but I've spent too much time on the computer with this. I sent a screen grab with no effect. Begin again.
Hello PixSmith.
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
Regarding to your information I assume that you have some issues on E-Tree.
Based on your description, it seems that your account cannot be logged in? If the account cannot be logged in, all data may be lost.
You can try to create a new Profile or download a Canary version of Edge and then log in to the account to see if it works.
Become a Microsoft Edge Insider | Microsoft Edge
If neither of these works, it may be a server-side issue, so there is nothing we can do locally.
You can use Alt+Shift+I to send feedback to the developers of Edge, and wait for them to fix the issue.
