I've always been able to access my favorites page normally, however for a few days now I can't access them anymore.
Is there a way to access my bookmarks again? Or will I lose them all?

Can you open the Favourites fly-out by pressing Ctrl-Shift-O? If you can, click on the Favourites heading in the fly-out. This should open the page edge://favorites. You can also paste that URL into the address bar to try and open the favourites page.
If none of these actions work, the repair of the installation that Luis recommended may fix the problem. And if you're still not able to access your favourites, you should try resetting the profile: click ⋯ (Settings and more) > Settings > Reset settings.
Please let us know the results of these actions.
Hello lizaparker,my name is Luiz Cruz independent consultant and I'm here to help you;
I understand that you are unable to access your favorites on Edge;
Initially I recommend that you try to reset the synchronization of your account;
Open Edge and go to Settings;
Make sure you are signed in to your Microsoft account;
Click Synchronize;
Enable Favorites and click Resync at the bottom of the page;
It may take a few minutes for your sync data to show on this device again;
Repair Edge;
Press Windows key + i and go to Apps;
Select Microsoft Edge from the list;
Click on Modify and then on Repair;
Check if it is now possible to access the favorites;
See you soon!
