How do I block the "Ads related to..." tab on the top of the search engine whenever I search something. For example, whenever I search Value City Arena (wanting to go to the website for the arena), the first five results are all ads that would bring me to an unofficial website that is trying to sell me tickets (which is not my intent, I want to go to the official website). I have tried to insert a screenshot but the file failed to upload multiple times.

Unfortunately that’s not something that is able to be blocked as it’s part of the search results.
You can however report a concern you have about Bing results here:
