Can't Earn Points.

Question

I've been doing microsoft rewards, and it works very well. However, today when I opened microsoft rewards clicking on anything wouldn't give me points. Searching didn't work, nor did clicking anything on the rewards page. Tried using a different browser, clearing my cache, and restarting my computer. Nothing works. Also, the search to earn never works. It's only an extra 30 points, but please fix your rewards system.

I can't earn any points either,I tried contacting support but they all said that there's nothing wrong with my account,it's frustrating

I have same issue since wednesday, but on thursday I email to microsoft support then today the problem solved. I can earn any points like usual
