Hi! I am not sure how to get to/post on forums...is that only something staff can do? I guess this isn't really a tech problem...I hope this doesn't violate the Terms of Use, and if so, I'm sorry. I did read the terms of use! But...Yeah, I could use some help on that.

Additionally, I'm having trouble getting on to MSN E-tree my school account doesn't allow me to go on it. I have tried to log on with my personal acc. but it doen't work. Any ideas why?

    Thank you for your feedback. You can ask questions in the community as long as you are 13 years old or older and have a registered Microsoft account. However, if you violate the community rules your question will be removed by the community administrator. I understand that you are experiencing problems with MSN, I have tested that my personal account is able to log into MSN E-Tree, you can send me a screenshot of the error you are experiencing, this will help me understand your problem.
