Microsoft Edge Print Preview always too small

Good Morning,

We use Edge version: Version 128.0.2739.42

When we press Ctrl+P to print preview a label we are trying to print out, the preview size is always too small. We have to always hold Ctrl+mouse wheel to adjust the preview each time so we can see what we are actually printing. Edge does not seem to remember the zoom level we were using previously

We have tried Edge Reset option, and Edge "Zoom Level" option without any luck. Other browser such as Google Chrome does not have this print preview issue

Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Dear Joshua R_849,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community

Thank you for reaching out to us and sharing your experience with Microsoft Edge's print preview functionality.

We understand how important it is for you to have a consistent and accurate print preview experience, especially when printing labels. Currently, there is no direct setting in Microsoft Edge to permanently adjust or save the print preview zoom level. This is a functional behavior of the browser, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

To help us improve the user experience, we recommend providing feedback directly to our development team. You can do this by pressing Alt + Shift + I while Edge is running. This will open the feedback page, where you can describe the issue in detail. The developers periodically review all submitted feedback and consider them for future updates.

In the meantime, using the Ctrl + Mouse Wheel to adjust the zoom level each time is the best workaround available. Your feedback is valuable, and we appreciate your patience as we work towards enhancing Microsoft Edge.

Please let us know if you have any further questions or need additional assistance.

    Best Regards,

Martin | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
