Immersive Reader Icon Ghosting

The Immersive Reading icon/button is not showing in Edge GA, Dev or Canary. It IS there but not showing. Looks like a blank space, but, still, IS, actually, clickable. Shows a sort of 'bubble' when one goes to click it. Have submitted to FH.

    Today this is back to normal in Edge GA. Still, the same in Dev & Canary. This is GA, now
