How long does it take for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations on-premise to change from status Deploying to Deployed in LCS??? Its now 24hrs hours and its still deploying. Sorry guys i'm new to D365. Kindly help!

I've never deployed it in the on-premise before, but I can only assume that something went wrong for you. Try to verify that you have met all the deployment requirements.
