I understand E-tree is not working correctly on your browser. Have you tried checking for updates to help fix the error?

If the issue persists, you can repair Microsoft Edge by going to Windows Settings app > Apps > Apps & features > scroll-down and look for Microsft Edge > click on Modify then Repair.
