Full Screen Closes Automatically

disclaimer - this is a school computer

whenever I try to use F11 to go into full-screen mode, it immediately goes back to the normal screen size without me touching anything

    Hello Rei Sande '28.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

    Regarding to your information I assume that you can't use the full-screen mode in Edge with a school computer.

    First, try to access this website and check whether your Edge is managed by your organisation.

    edge://management/

    If your computer is managed by your organisation you can contact your school IT to solve this problem.

    If not try to use the OSK or this icon to enter the Full-screen mode and check whether the keyboard problem. (Click FN in OSK it the number will become

    f key)

    If not the keyboard problem try to reset the edge and check whether it works.

    Disclaimer: Before resetting Edge, please back up all your personal files first, such as Favorites, to ensure you do not lose data.

    If still can't work it may the Edge issues that happened on some users you can submit your feedback about this issue by pressing Alt+Shift+I
