i can't use copilot

My Microsoft account does not have access to Copilot. I have logged into my account in the Edge browser, but when I try to use Copilot in the Edge browser, it requires me to sign in again. In fact, I see this text when I want to use Copilot:

" Sign in to ask more questions and have longer conversations"

This issue has persisted since the time I requested to join the waitlist for the new Bing, and it continues to this moment.

After I click on 'sign in', the page just refreshes, and nothing happens, and I am faced with the same text again.

I have access to Copilot with my other account, but I cannot use it with this account. Please help me. Thank you.

    Hello mr khodadadeh.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Regarding to your information I assume that you can't use the Copilot on a specific account.

This seems to be an account issue, as some users' accounts do not have the necessary permissions.

Our forum is unable to handle such issues. We suggest you use the feedback button below the Copilot feature to report

this problem to the developers and wait for them to address your account issue.

If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.

    Best Regards,
