How to create adblock exception for Edge Workspace?

I am trying to use the Workspace feature that recently became available to me on Edge.

The problem is that I have a system-wide ad blocker installed on my system (in addition to ad blocker inside the web browser), and this seems to be preventing the operation of the Workspace feature. I know it is the ad blocker because Edge's Workspace feature works fine if I completely disable the ad blocker.

I need the the system-wide ad blocker and do not want to disable it entirely.

I am willing to add an appropriate whitelist exception to the ad blocker to allow the Workspace feature to work. How do I determine what this rule should be like? My system is macOS, but I expect this doesn't impact the answer to my question.

Thank you.

    Hello Pampers,

Good to see you in Microsoft Community.

If you want to keep a specific website from being affected by that Adblock, you can select the working range of the plugin in the Edge browser plugin settings as shown in the image below. You can select "On specific sites" and add sites that allow the plugin to work (the plugin will only work on these sites).

Or you can add sites that disable the plugin to the plugin's settings (the plugin won't work on those sites). Right-click the plugin > Extension options*.*

If anything is unclear, please do not hesitate to let me know.
