Edge Extensions preventing it opening

There are two extensions preventing Edge opening yet when I try manage the extensions I am getting this screen. I have tried repair for Edge but cannot get it to open. Any suggestions?

This is the screen I am getting?

    Hi Dave,

    This is what I get when I run the command

    Page is still crashing

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Open Command Prompt as Administrator, then run this command and press Enter to open Edge with all extensions disabled, can you then remove the troublesome extension(s)?

    start msedge --disable-extensions
